Native Relaxation Grassland Long Umbrella
A rain and sun umbrella with a native pattern created using traditional unraveling weaving techniques.
Even today, a small number of "hogushiori" weaving techniques are still practiced in the region. This weaving method requires great skill and effort, as the warp threads are temporarily woven and then painted, before being unraveled and woven into the final product. The faintness and unevenness that result from the unraveling process create a gentle texture and character.
The tasteful pattern is woven into the inside without being too flashy. Its paleness is like that of a watercolor painting, giving it an appealing look. You can sense the overall unity, subtle differences in color, and traditional techniques. Multiple motifs are layered on top of each other, creating a stylish long umbrella with a fun contrast.
