Beware of malicious fraudulent websites

We have recently discovered a fraudulent website (shopping site) that is fraudulently using product images and product descriptions of our products to falsely sell them.

The main sites selling our products are listed in the store listings (which will be updated regularly).

Below is a reprint of a warning about online shopping from the Consumer Affairs Agency's page on internet shopping troubles.

- Be sure to check the business's information yourself, such as its location, contact details, and reviews from other users.

- Be careful to check whether the product you are purchasing is a counterfeit, especially if it is being sold at a price significantly lower than the general market price.

- Know the shipping method and delivery time.

- If credit cards are not accepted and the only payment method available is bank transfer, be careful if the account is in your personal name.

- You may encounter problems after purchase, such as the wrong size, so be sure to check the cancellation and return conditions and terms of use in advance.

・Even after making a payment, do not hesitate to contact your local consumer affairs center, police, etc. as soon as possible.

If you are deceived by a fraudulent website, not only will you be scammed (you may not receive the product you purchased, or you may receive a poor quality product, etc.), but your personal information may also be misused, so please be careful when shopping.
