
Formulation of an action plan for improving the employment environment
In order to create an employment environment in which employees can demonstrate their abilities, achieve a good work-life balance, and feel comfortable working, we have formulated the following action plan.
1. Planning period: 3 years from August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2023
2. Content Objective 1: To explain to employees about maternal health management for pregnant female employees based on the company regulations and to raise awareness of the system.
<Measures>
August 2020 - Survey on employee awareness of the item in the work regulations September 2020 - Inform employees of the item in the work regulations regarding maternal health management by posting notices in the company.
Goal 2: Achieve a 100% utilization rate of the leave system available to fathers at the time of a child's birth by March 31, 2023.
<Measures>
September 2020: Started surveying employee needs November 2020: Publicized childcare systems using work regulations and childcare leave regulations
Goal 3: To create a more comfortable working environment, provide management with training once a year on systems such as childcare leave and labor management.
<Measures>
October 2020 - Review of training content January 2021 - Conduct training on creating an environment including labor management
