Water-repellent eco bag "tute" now on sale!

The new eco-bag series " tute" is now available for purchase in our online shop starting today!

This series was born out of the desire to one day turn the carefully stored threads that lie dormant in Makita Shoten's thread warehouse into fabric in a new form and release them into the world as products, as a textile manufacturer striving to use up all the threads to the very last bit.

This is a random border design made from cotton thread that has been mercerized to give it a silk-like texture, with beautiful color and a glossy finish.

We applied a waterproof and water-repellent finish to the fabric, which is used for umbrella fabric, to make it water-resistant and turn it into an eco-bag!

Use a large eco-bag when shopping for daily groceries at the supermarket.
We have a small eco bag available for when you need to make a quick purchase at a convenience store, as well as two other sizes.

If you keep different sized eco bags in your bag, you can use them for different occasions.
