
Our first sponsored exhibition, "Flowers Bloom," will be held at FUJIHIMURO from Friday, July 2nd!
Makita Shoten will be holding its first sponsored exhibition starting on Friday, July 2, 2021.
The exhibition, titled "Flowers Bloom," will feature a spatial exhibition centered around the "Eori" series, which depicts seasonal flowers, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the work of young employees.
There will also be special events such as exhibitions where you can experience weaving techniques that have been passed down since the Edo period, as well as workshops.
During the exhibition period, merchandise will also be available for sale at the venue.

[Workshop "Fabric Drawing"]
On Saturday, July 17th only, we will be holding a workshop where you can weave your own drawings into fabric.
Please feel free to draw a flower using the provided crayons. We will deliver your drawing along with the fabric at a later date.
