Factory Shop Reopening

Following the lifting of the state of emergency in Yamanashi Prefecture , we have decided to lift the temporary closure of our factory shop and resume business.

We sincerely apologize to everyone who had planned to visit us during our long closure.

When we resume business, we will be taking thorough measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will operate with safety in mind.

We ask that customers who visit our store wear masks, and we will provide disinfectant here, so please disinfect your hands thoroughly when entering the store. In addition, our customer service staff will be wearing masks when serving customers.


Please refrain from using the facility if you have any of the following symptoms or any of the following:

・Those who have been notified by a public health center or other relevant agency that they are infected or have been in close contact with an infected person and are currently under observation. ・Those with cold symptoms or a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher. ・Those with fatigue, cough, phlegm, or chest discomfort. ・Those who have a family member or close acquaintance living with them who is suspected of being infected. ・Those with symptoms that may be related to COVID-19 infection. ・Those who have traveled to a country or region where the government has announced entry restrictions or the need for an observation period after entry within the past 14 days, or who have had close contact with a resident of such a country or region.


We may be forced to change our response in the future due to government requests, social conditions, etc. In that case, we will provide further information on our website, social media, etc.
