We will exhibit at FUJI TEXTILE WEEK 2022 from 11/23
- FUJI TEXTILE WEEK 2022, now in its second year, is a textile festival set in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, a textile producing area.
- This is a hybrid exhibition that combines textile-themed art exhibitions by domestic and international artists, as well as production area exhibitions that unravel the history of the production area and the modern textile scene.

Makita Shoten will be exhibiting at the production area exhibition "WARP & WEET" .
This is a project where you can dynamically experience the lineage of the production area from its past to its present. From the establishment of Kaikinu (Kaiki), the origin of the production area, to the products produced by the factory today, you will see the evolution of fabrics and products that have evolved in line with the trends of the times and changes in society. We also plan to hold talk events about production areas and fabric making.
- Furthermore, we helped Goro Murayama create his work, which will be exhibited at the art exhibition "Weaving and Signs vol.2." Mr. Murayama's exhibition venue is the "Old Itoya".
